I was recently rated 1o out of 10 or Superb by the prestigious Avvo Lawyer ratings. The Avvo rating system considers professional achievements, industry recognition and disciplinary history. I’m proud to bring my clients this superb service every day.
This is embarrassing. I scream like a baby girl in this video. But, what can I say, it’s for a good cause!

I’m moderating a webinar this August 27, 2014, 4pm Eastern Time about dominating your local market. Every attendee will receive a complimentary copy of the best-selling legal technology book Online Law Practice Strategies ($50 value).
I saw Jabez Lebret (the presenter) speak at the Maryland State Bar Annual Meeting back in 2013 and was blown away by what he had to say. His book is very substantive and me being the gigantic nerd that I am, I read it in a day. He taught me to use Yelp as a lawyer before everyone was using Yelp. His advice is always the latest and greatest.

My quote:
If the police department is not photographing suspects based on a pattern of racial bias, the practice is likely legal, said Scott MacMullan, a criminal defense attorney based in Annapolis.
Police have to allow suspects the right to walk away or shield themselves from a photograph, said MacMullan, who was not at the meeting. But police can photograph a suspect in a public area, he said.
